These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the viprp1 platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use viprp1. We require valid government-issued identification to verify your age. Accounts opened by persons under 21 will be closed immediately and funds returned, with any winnings forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one active viprp1 account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings generated through multiple accounts may be voided. If you have lost access to your account, contact support rather than creating a new one.
All transactions on viprp1 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). We support BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and major e-wallets. Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000; withdrawal conditions vary by method.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard welcome bonuses carry a 25× turnover requirement on the bonus amount. Promotional terms are stated at the time of the offer and must be met within the specified validity window.
Fraud, collusion, money laundering, use of automated betting software, exploitation of system errors, and any activity designed to gain an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited. viprp1 reserves the right to suspend accounts, void bets, and withhold funds where such activities are detected.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which viprp1 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute not resolved through our internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant licensing authority for adjudication.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and viprp1 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on viprp1, you confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement in its entirety and consent to be bound by it. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless context requires otherwise:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service offered by viprp1. This is an absolute requirement. We strictly enforce this restriction in compliance with the minimum age standards applicable to our international gaming licence and in recognition of Indonesian consumer protection standards. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently closed; deposited funds will be returned, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.
viprp1 primarily serves individuals located in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are a resident of Indonesia (or are otherwise lawfully able to access offshore betting services from your location) and that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering an account.
The following individuals are not eligible to register or hold an account on viprp1:
To become a Member of viprp1, you must complete the online registration form accurately and truthfully. You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and a valid email address. You must choose a unique username and a strong password that you keep confidential.
All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate, current, and complete. If any of your details change after registration — including your contact information or bank account details — you must update your profile promptly or notify our suppor t team. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on viprp1. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with them may be voided at our sole discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. viprp1 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. All activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you unless you have reported a security breach in advance.
viprp1 is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at the time of registration, upon making a cumulative deposit above a specified threshold, or at any time we deem it necessary for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes.
You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
KYC documents are reviewed within 1–3 business days (WIB). During pending verification, you may continue to place bets, but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete. Failure to provide adequate documentation within 30 days of a formal request may result in account suspension.
viprp1 accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
The minimum deposit per transaction is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. VIP Members may apply for elevated deposit limits by contacting their dedicated account manager. viprp1 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
Deposits made via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfers are subject to the processing schedules of the respective Indonesian banks and may take up to 30 minutes during business hours (WIB) or longer outside standard banking hours. viprp1 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension. All deposited funds must originate from a legitimate, lawfully acquired source. viprp1 operates a zero-tolerance policy on deposits linked to criminal activity.
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered in your verified name on your viprp1 account. We do not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards, or cryptocurrency wallets.
The minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000. viprp1 charges no platform-side withdrawal fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges, for which viprp1 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during standard WIB business hours, subject to KYC clearance and security checks. Requests submitted outside business hours or during Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi) may experience slightly longer processing times.
Before a withdrawal can be approved, the following conditions must be met:
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by viprp1 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonus funds carry a 25× wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount alone. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires Rp 2.500.000 in qualifying wagers before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. Only real-money wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering. Free spins winnings are subject to a separate 20× wagering requirement.
All bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issue unless a different validity period is stated. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically removed from your account balance.
viprp1 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, exploiting errors in bonus calculations, and using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Any Member found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account reviewed for further action.
Promotions related to togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are subject to the same general bonus terms unless a togel-specific promotion page states otherwise. Contribution rates toward wagering requirements for togel wagers are specified in the individual promotion terms.
All sports bets — including those on BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and AFF Cup (Piala AFF) featuring Timnas Indonesia — are settled in accordance with the official rules published on our platform for each competition. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to win for the bet to be paid; a single voided leg will typically reduce the accumulator by that leg's odds, per the specific rules stated at bet placement.
Live casino games are governed by the rules of the respective game studio (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and others). In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the Platform will attempt to settle the bet based on the outcome recorded by the game server. Where no server record exists, the disputed round may be voided and the stake refunded.
All slot games use independently certified Random Number Generators. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. The Platform bears no liability for variance-driven losses.
In the event of a manifest error — including incorrectly stated odds, system malfunctions, or human error — viprp1 reserves the right to void all bets placed under the erroneous conditions and refund stakes. "Obvious errors" are determined at the sole reasonable discretion of viprp1.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on viprp1 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

All content on the viprp1 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software, design elements, graphics, text, and game assets provided by licensed studios — is the property of viprp1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, viprp1, its directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:
viprp1's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties and implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
viprp1 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and withdraw your remaining balance before the effective date.
You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within 5 business days, subject to KYC clearance.
viprp1 may suspend or permanently close your account at its sole discretion if you: breach any provision of these Terms; provide false KYC documentation; engage in Prohibited Activities; or if we are required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, funds in the account may be frozen pending investigation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which viprp1 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
To initiate a formal complaint, you must first contact our support team and allow up to 14 business days for resolution. If the matter remains unresolved, you may escalate it to the relevant licensing authority in accordance with their published procedures.
